Max Ksjonda is a commercial, music video, and film director with over 15 years of experience awarded by various festivals and resources, including Vimeo Staff Pick, Berlinale Talents, and Berlin Music Video Award.

His multi-award-winning 21-minute short film The Way (2012) has been selected for over 30 festivals worldwide. It has been screened at Slamdance, Les Arcs, Cottbus and Odessa Film Festivals, among others, and at the renowned short film festivals in Clermont-Ferrand, San Francisco, Interfilm Berlin and Hamburg.
